Vector Replacement

Replacements allow the content of the layer being replaced with a different content.

The Vector Replacement window allows you to replace the content of the original layer with a vector drawing. For example, you can replace a blank rectangle image from your layer to a blank vector in your final project (it saves you space because vectors are rendered in real time and do not exist as an external image). Select the layer you want to replace and click the Vector replacement. The following window appears:

Information about the current layer content will appear in the top of the window (position and size).

The Width and Height fields allow you to change the auto captured layer settings.

If your content is a rectangle, select the Rectangle. Otherwise, pick Circle.

Kwik captures the color of the original layer content. If you want to change it, enter the color information into the Color field (enter the RGB value or use the button to capture a color from your computer color picker).
