Naoya Yamamoto (“Kwiksher”) operates the website of kwiksher.com. It is Kwiksher’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and mobile applications.

Your privacy is very important to us. At Kwiksher we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:
We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site or mobile applications.
Once data is no longer needed, we will delete it.
we aim to fully support the GDPR standard, but also acknowledging that much is still to be done technically, in order for us to fulfill this mission.
Mobile Application Privacy
Kwiksher develops mobile applications, primarily games. In regards to these applications:
- No Collection of Personal Information: Kwiksher applications do not collect or store any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email addresses, names, phone numbers, or location data.
- Data Usage: Kwiksher applications may collect anonymous usage data for the purpose of improving application performance and user experience. This data does not identify individual users.
- Third-Party Services: Some Kwiksher applications may integrate with third-party services, such as advertising networks or analytics platforms. These third parties may collect anonymous usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Kwiksher is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
- Children's Privacy: Kwiksher is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our applications are designed to comply with applicable children's privacy laws, such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
- Advertising: Certain Kwiksher applications may display advertisements. These advertisements may be delivered by third-party advertising networks, which may collect anonymous usage data for the purpose of delivering targeted advertisements.
- In-App Purchases: If a Kwiksher application offers in-app purchases, we do not collect or store any payment information. All payment transactions are processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Our data storage is a self-hosted Siteground instance of WordPress, using Wordpress's database to capture and store your e-mail. We use this e-mail to notify you of our progress. You are welcome to opt-out at any time.

Where you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the license you grant to us.
We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.
We may use your personal information to:
- administer the website and mobile applications;
- improve your browsing and application experience by personalizing the website and applications;
- enable your use of the services available on the website and applications;
- send you general (non-marketing) commercial communications;
- send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;
- send to you [our newsletter and other] marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you, where you have specifically agreed to this, by email or similar technology (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications)
- provide third parties with statistical information about our users – but this information will not be used to identify any individual user;
- deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the website and applications; and
- other uses.
Community Forum and Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.
Media
- If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Showcase and Contact forms
Information submitted through the showcase or contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Siteground.
These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics
Website traffic is monitored via Siteground and collects IP addresses that are saved for the duration of one month.

Who we share your data with
At times it may become necessary or desirable to Kwiksher, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government agency or a private litigant.
We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc.
How we protect your data
- We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
What data breach procedures we have in place
- In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
