One the problems im facing right now is sprite animations playing at the positition where i touch. Picture this. Baloon pop gameBaloons fly up toward the top of the screenThe user has to touch the baloon to pop itUpon touching the baloon it plays a spriteanimation of a baloon explodingWould be cool if all we had to do this was set the button configuration as isClick the baloon layerClick the add button functionInside the add button All we need to do is click on "play sprite" on touched locationAnd maybe for the add spritesheet function there would be like a feature in most widgets where it has "wait request"
I have included a prototype image of how it could possibly look like. Notice the wait request and play where touched. All we would need to do now is call this spritesheet within our button.view image belowhttp://oi48.tinypic.com/1zgayu.jpg
