Kwik Official Training

Is the Kwik official training http://kwiksher.com/official-training/ worth it. I know it’s probably a little outdated and I mainly use http://kwiksher.com/doc/kwik/toolset.html but sometimes it is helpful to see a video, and I thought it might be a nice overview of the program. I think I know how to do most things now, but I thought it might teach me something new.
